Ms Delores should be employee of the year, month or at the very least the week of our stay!!! The way she navigated a very busy breakfast hour effortlessly by herself. Keeping things stock and handling each guest request or questions with kindness and grace when things did run out was amazing!!! I personally want to thank her for taking care of us while we tried to take care of our parents needs. Marriott, value employees like Delores!!! They make guest experience so much sweeter!!!

Hotel was nice looking. Rooms were clean but way smaller than what i reserved. Nothing like on the pictures. Way too overpriced for what we got. Parking inconvenient.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. They front desk staff was amazing and so welcoming. Ms. Carolyn hospitality was exceptional. She reminded me of my gran y on Sunday morning. When I come back I will stay there again.

Such a great stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Savannah. Staff was so friendly and nice, entire hotel was so clean and nice. You could park in the parking garage on the same floor as your room so you didn't have to get all your things I to the elevator. We were on the 8th floor and laundry was also on that floor, not sure if laundry was on each floor on not. Such a pleasant experience and a great nights sleep.

Thank you to Carolyn the kitchen supervisor for providing us with sealed certified gluten free muffins for breakfast. As a person with Celiac Disease it was comforting to know there would be no cross contamination issues to worry about so I could enjoy my vacation with my family. Carolyn was very approachable, professional, and courteous. Thank you Carolyn!
