I visited when they were still Ideal Image. Woman who signed me up was very pushy and made a rude comment towards me that I ignored at the time because of how much I wanted to be hair free. Laser treatment was a 10 on the pain scale for me, I did not feel like they cared much. They don't apply numbing cream either when many spas do, which I believe is a probelm as it's most beneficial if done by a professional instead of risking a client doing it wrong. You can't use numbing cream on more than a certain percentage of your body or it could be fatal, I learned that myself as they did not tell me and I would've otherwise applied a dangerous amount. They asked for my list of medications, I gave it to them, and just now I found out one of my pills causes photosensitivity and probably lead to my excruciating pain. I read other clinics warn against taking this medication and many won't take you if you're on it. They never said anything or warned me against it.

I had my first Botox experience at Face to Face Spa, and Jasmine made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and professional from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciated that they had a nurse carefully screening me medically beforehand to make sure I was safe to receive treatment. Sara was also wonderful and helped make the experience even better. Overall, such a positive first experience, and I would definitely recommend them
