Each day I have spent here it gets worse and worse. The more areas of the hotel I visit the dirtier and more unsafe it is. Saw the exercise room today. One treadmill out of order and the second has layers of dirt and sweat and does not appear to have been cleaned. Filled my water bottle from the filter in the room and the water on the cold setting comes out warm and tastes nasty. Fairly certain the filter has never been changed. Also went to the desk to see why housecleaning service never came and they said I opted out. I absolutely did not and during check in I was asked if I wanted housecleaning and I said yes. So day 3 and my room still hasn’t been cleaned. Honestly looks like it may have been a months since it was cleaned. This place is a disgrace to the Marriot name and I feel bad for the staff that has to work here. I am sure they spend most of their time apologizing for the dismal conditions that management is allowing their guests to stay in. Deeply disappointed and disgusted with this place.
