Andrea RiceFrom the moment we entered on a steamy 4th of July afternoon, we felt cool. The place is chic, smells divine, and servers made us feel so welcome! Aja gave us time and kept the water glasses filled, wink! She suggested the Nickel noodles and the dumplings for the three of us to share. We shall return when it is cooler. Nancy BurleySo happy we found this amazing restaurant! The total experience was delightful. Glynnis, our server was not only beautiful but so helpful and on spot service for our late lunch. The food was delicious and artfully presented. We had the stir fry, clay pot chicken and tacos. All were so incredible. We topped it off with the decadent chocolate bomb dessert. Definitely, put The Vault on our plan to return list for Savannah. It’s a must try!

Thomas LoveHad a great dinner at The Vault Kitchen & Market in downtown Savannah. The restaurant is set inside a beautifully restored historic bank, which gives it a really unique atmosphere while still feeling modern and lively. We ordered the miso salmon, grilled calamari, pork dumplings, and the spicy Korean BBQ tacos, and everything was excellent. The miso salmon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the grilled calamari was tender with a great char, and the pork dumplings were a great appetizer. The spicy Korean BBQ tacos were probably the standout—great flavor with just the right amount of heat. Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was fantastic. Definitely a great spot if you’re visiting Savannah or looking for a nice night out. Would happily come back again. 🍣🌮🍽️

Amelia TylerWe had a fabulous return visit to The Vault. We arrived shortly after 5:30 and there were plenty of free parking spots in the lot. There was no wait for a table, but it definitely started filling in during our dinner. We ordered a variety of items, and they all arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. Our toddler loved the dumplings. We shared the Traveler Roll, Teller Chicken Tacos, and Shrimp and Crab Ravioli (comes with a side of bread). All generous portions and SO yummy! The service was friendly and never left us in need of anything. We will absolutely be back, the Vault is a must visit for Asian fusion cuisine in Savannah!
