Chris and Donna KincaidUrban Poppy exceeded every expectation! I needed three beautiful gift baskets and floral arrangements created on the spot, and they delivered absolute perfection. Each arrangement was thoughtfully designed, unique, and stunningly put together with incredible attention to detail. What impressed me even more was their exceptional customer service and efficiency. Despite my last-minute request, they not only created everything quickly but also had the arrangements delivered the very next day without any issues. The recipients were absolutely thrilled, and the presentation was elegant, fresh, and truly memorable. Urban Poppy combines creativity, professionalism, and outstanding service in a way that is hard to find. If you’re looking for gorgeous floral arrangements and gift baskets with a team that genuinely goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Urban Poppy highly enough!

Christiana TurnerUrban Poppy produces beautiful arrangements! LOVE that they have a location on Bull Street away from the hub-bub of the cute River Street location. My husband ordered a gorgeous Wedding Anniversary arrangement for our 39th anniversary on August 8th, 2026. The flowers in the “Isabella” Arrangement were lovely and styled perfectly. Do be sure and let the shop know if you prefer a one sided arrangement or a 360.

Julie TurnerI am beyond thrilled with the services of Urban Poppy! My initial order could not be delivered because the recipient was not home… They let me know and they still created a whole other arrangement to deliver when she would be home! That is incredibly above and beyond service and the bouquet was absolutely stunning. Would use them again and again! 💐
