5 stars across the board! If you’re on the fence or have been thinking about trying a class here, do it! You will not regret it. Chef Darin breaks down the cooking process so well that anyone can succeed and end up with plates that look like they came straight out of a fine-dining restaurant kitchen. There’s no pressure or judgement. Just a friendly atmosphere with laughing and teaching. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We recently spent an afternoon with Chef Darin in a cooking class and it was a great learning experience, tons of fun, very hands on, and enjoying the meal was the perfect finale! Chef had some great knowledge to pass on to us about the ways we prepare food in the kitchen. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned cooks alike!! I would highly recommend an afternoon with Chef Darin!

I have been to several 'hands on' cooking classes and this one beat them all! We cooked everything, on a very extensive menu. Chef Darin made sure everyone got involved. He was entertaining and informative. The class was perfect for people at all levels of cooking experience. The food we prepared was delicous, and it was nice sitting around at the end of the class enjoying it all with everyone that attended the class. I went alone, as most people were there with their friends, and I was just as involved as everyone else. I highly recommend attending a class when you have the opportunity. The store is beautiful as well.

A group of friends and I attended the casual summer entertaining class, and we had a blast! Chef Darin is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. I do have celiac, everything on this specific menu was confirmed gluten free for me except the dessert which stayed up at the front work station. It was great knowing everything I was working with was safe. I learned many new things and look forward to booking another class!
