My husband and I went to Cotton and Rye on a Tuesday night, not thinking we would need a reservation, but they were very busy, which was a good sign! We ended up sitting at the bar and honestly, it made the whole experience even better! Jay, the bartender, was incredibly attentive and gave us impeccable food and drink recommendations. We ordered the trout, Smashburger and three sides of green beans, giant tater tot and the mac n cheese, and everything was top-notch! My husband is really into rum and Jay made him a banana daiquiri that was absolutely out of this world! The food, drinks and service were all excellent. We will definitely be back!

We started with an off-menu oyster special, and honestly it was so good we couldn’t resist ordering the crudo right after. Both were super fresh and full of flavor. For mains, I had the fried chicken—crispy, well-seasoned, and really satisfying—while my husband went with the pork shank special, which was incredibly tender and fell right off the bone. We finished with peanut butter pie, which is an absolute must if you love peanut butter.

If you haven’t checked out Cotton and Rye, you are missing out! Excellent atmosphere, tremendous service and the food is out of this world. Stuffed trout was amazing and the Award winning chicken wings are to die for!! So yummy! The candy bar dessert may be the fanciest thing I have ever seen!! Highly recommend!! Lovely meal!!

If you are looking for a fabulous dining experience, this is your spot. Staff very welcoming. Large full bar. Excellent cocktails and wine list. The menu was full of inviting dishes. We have eaten here several times and tried a number of dishes. Consistent. Delicious. Our servers have always been wonderful and a great compliment to our experience. I highly recommend Cotton and Rye!

My wife and I are foodies who have experienced nothing but culinary delights all over Savannah. This food is hands down well worth it. It is rather expensive but def worth it. 5 stars from me and between them and Sundae Cafe on Tybee you cant go wrong with either. Im still trying to figure out which one I like better. They are in my top 2 best restaurants in Savannah. Either way, Cotton and Rye is amazing. 6/20/26 Update********** We went back for a lovely evening. Another great experience and 5 stars again!

Our first time here. Service was great, food was ok. Apps were a fancy tator tot, caesar salad and wings. Wings are award winning but I didnt love them. Had the skirt steak for dinner which was really good. I'd give it another shot
