Thomas LoveHad a great dinner at The Vault Kitchen & Market in downtown Savannah. The restaurant is set inside a beautifully restored historic bank, which gives it a really unique atmosphere while still feeling modern and lively. We ordered the miso salmon, grilled calamari, pork dumplings, and the spicy Korean BBQ tacos, and everything was excellent. The miso salmon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the grilled calamari was tender with a great char, and the pork dumplings were a great appetizer. The spicy Korean BBQ tacos were probably the standout—great flavor with just the right amount of heat. Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was fantastic. Definitely a great spot if you’re visiting Savannah or looking for a nice night out. Would happily come back again. 🍣🌮🍽️

Nancy BurleySo happy we found this amazing restaurant! The total experience was delightful. Glynnis, our server was not only beautiful but so helpful and on spot service for our late lunch. The food was delicious and artfully presented. We had the stir fry, clay pot chicken and tacos. All were so incredible. We topped it off with the decadent chocolate bomb dessert. Definitely, put The Vault on our plan to return list for Savannah. It’s a must try!

Karen LoneyCame across the vault during our stroll south of Forsyth and we were pleasantly surprised! Gorgeous and fresh cocktails. We absolutely loved the spicy dumplings (ended up ordering them 3 times) and the bull sushi roll. We only popped in for a snack but would absolutely come here again for lunch or dinner when we’re back in town. Lovely, clean, and bright atmosphere.

averyWe ordered the crispy bigeye tuna, lemon coconut soup, the chicken clay pot and the traveler house roll. For drinks we got the Thai margarita and the Saigon sling. Each food dish was incredible and would highly recommend. The service was excellent. We walked from Oglethorpe street which took about 40 minutes, it was totally worth it.
