BigBack CohenI dream of eating here again on a frequent basis. Took my wife here in our honeymoon, the waitress was very kind and even gave us a complimentary praline. This is a perfect place for a date night. The gumbo was very good I wish I could have this injected in my veins! My wife got the pan seared fish (locally caught) it was very delicious! Overall a great place for couples, expect to pay a pretty penny, but it is worth it!

Denise LatellaWas given a recommendation for this restaurant for the atmosphere and food and it did not disappoint. I was solo and given option of table or bar, I chose bar and I'm happy I did Harley was an awesome bartender, very friendly, explained specials and prices and drinks and recommended wine for my fish. Really great bartender. As for my food I had the smoked bone marrow and it was amazing all of it the Brussels, mushrooms, sauce and bread. I also got the fish of the day really good as well the pistachios and buerre blanc sauce paired well and then Harley's recommendation of wine went perfectly. I wish my stomach had had room for dessert as the peanut butter pie sounded amazing but oh well next time. It's a little pricey even for someone from NYC, but the service and food quailfy. I would definitely check it out.

Johnson’sExploreThis was my restaurant of choice for my birthday and it did not disappoint! When my sister and I walked in they asked us if it was for a birthday or just for fun. We told them birthday and they handed me a birthday card such a cute touch! I had never had alligator before and I think the fried alligator bites was the BEST thing out of everything we ended up ordering. The wild game mac and cheese was well cooked. The gumbo had a great flavor. The Louisiana bbq shrimp and fried Parmesan grits were so amazing and tasted just as good a couple of days later! What a wonderful experience Alligator Soul provided my sister and myself!

Morgan TurnerThis place is absolutely phenomenal. My server, Paige, was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The fried alligator, frog legs, and the wild boar mac and cheese were all unique and incredible. Have to say my favorite was the mushroom salad. One of the best salads I’ve ever had no joke. Would highlyyyyy recommend.

El HefeAuthentic and unique. This was a culinary must do if you’re ever in the area. The menu specializes in local flavors and tastes. From Alligator, seafood and even some exotics like Kangaroo, New Zealand Elk or Wild Boar it does not disappoint.
