Perry Rubber Bike Shop absolutely saved the day! I'm currently riding my bike the entire Atlantic Coast from Bar Harbor, Maine, to Key West, Florida, for Bike4Briar, and I ran into a pretty major bike issue when I got to Savannah. Michael and David took incredible care of me. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got everything fixed up, and had me safely back on the road in just a few hours. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help a touring cyclist on a tight schedule meant more than I can say. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. I'm truly grateful for their help. If you're anywhere near Savannah and need anything bike-related, do yourself a favor and go to Perry Rubber Bike Shop. What a nice bike shop! I stopped in because I had a little malfunction with my bike pedal and all of the gentlemen were extremely helpful and lovely to speak to. They helped make sure both of my pedals were back in action and fully secure, and I also picked up a bell. They have a great selection of high quality bikes and products in this store!

My bike broke in Jekyll Island, and after many calls to bike repair shops which would not even consider looking at my recumbent trike, Perry Rubber Shop immediately helped us on the phone, and set an appointment for next morning. Those guys are wonderfully warm and helpful. They had other bikes to work on but included our bike and fixed it .. so nice, and so talented... in beautiful Savannah. This bike shop is the best of any we have used

I stopped in on vacation looking for rentals and unfortunately they were out, but they did have a beautiful soloist hanging up that caught my eye. I spoke with Jonathan and David and they were both amazing to work with. I'm pretty new to cycling and they helped answer all the questions I had and let me take the bike on a test ride. I ended up purchasing it and it just arrived here in Minnesota today. They even gave me an awesome rental deal the following day so my wife could ride with while I got to enjoy my new purchase. They may be 1400 miles from home , but I'll definitely think of them when it comes time for my next bike ! Everyone in the shop was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
