Perry Lane was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and in a perfect location for enjoying Savannah. What stood out most was the service. Saivon, Precious, and Reign were especially wonderful — warm, polished, attentive, and genuinely kind. The entire staff deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming and elevated experience. The atmosphere, bar, ambiance, and attention to detail were all superb. Truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely return.

Can’t tell you what a wonderful experience we had. The customer service was top tier. Very good location and fun hotel vibe. I want to especially thank Adiel (driver), Precious (front desk) and the valet staff Joseph, Awon, Savon, and Iverson for their service and recommendations on our trip. They were so great with our kids too. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Perry Lane Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience special. A huge shout-out to Reign and Christian for making our check-in experience so welcoming and smooth. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality! We also had an amazing time at Emporium during happy hour with all the waiters on 8/7 and 8/8. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed, I can’t remember their names. The waitstaff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. And a special thank-you to Austin at Peregrin and to Nicole (I think that was her name) 8/8 at the pool area! She was absolutely wonderful and provided such great service with a smile. The entire team made us feel welcomed and cared for to include the valet staff. We can’t wait to return to Perry Lane! ❤️✨

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at the Perry Lane Hotel! From the moment we arrived for check-in, we were greeted at the door with a smile and champagne. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and welcoming. Randy was incredibly helpful with information about tours and restaurant recommendations, and even assisted us with booking them. Taylor drove us to The Olde Pink House for dinner and was also extremely knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. We highly recommend the Perry Lane Hotel and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Wow! What can I say. Quite easily one of the best check in experiences I’ve ever had from well over 100+ hotel stays. Carter was phenomenal and I always say you leave people remembering how you made them feel. We felt special , and seen and like we mattered straight from the start. We won’t stay anywhere else ! What started as a 5 day trip turned into 8. The service team was incredible! From opening doors to helping with baggage, grabbing water without asking and so much more. I was traveling with my dog and I have never in all my years staying with a Marriott did my dog receive so much kindness and love. I experienced the same level. This place fare exceeded My expectations. The rooms were comfortable, clean and homie. If you travel a lot and expect more or just are looking for a place that really services you, this hotel is the one for you. They also have several house amenities that were wonderful. This team is not just trained with the top expectations… but the individuals they bring in are some of the best I have seen in the hotel world. Thank you to the team at Perry Lane.
