Visited during holiday weekend so was very busy. It had a lot of fun activities for all ages. The pool area was very busy understandably. Was told by staff to get out early and save spots, which we did (730am) and went in for breakfast. Came back out and someone had moved our stuff and stated the staff did it by people sitting there. Definitely need more clarification during holiday/busy times for pool area. Put a real damper on our pool day. Otherwise a great stay

It was great staying at the Westin, but the rooms need some work. First of all, they were very cramped. The bed size was maybe a full and the bathroom was tiny. It would be nice if there was a standing shower in the bathroom instead of a tub shower combo. It was very annoying how there were only a few streaming apps available on the TVs and that you couldn’t stream from your phone. The views from the rooms were excellent, especially when a massive cargo ship came through the river. The pool was very nice with great views too. The pop up shops in the lobby made the experience even better. Most of the restaurants were good except Aqua Star which was nasty 🤮. The golf course was nice, but the mosquitos were bad. It was nice how you can take a ferry to downtown Savannah. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but it was understaffed, so it took a long time to request your car and get food.
