Adam JamesThe history of the house is nice. I took my son to the theater the night before. So maybe the high amounts of activity there spoiled us. My group got 0 activity then entire time. Not saying place isnt haunted. But it definitely wasn't last night. I know every night is different. The lower star is for how the investigation is handled. Split to 3 groups. 20 25 minutes per section. Limited equipment and they don't tell you any history til the end. Felt more like a money grab than an actual investigation. If in savannah and want to experience ghosts. Check out the theater. Been there 4 times and never been disappointed.

Farhana HI went on the paranormal tour which started at 11pm. I had very low expectations tbh but wow once we started investigating the basement so many creepy things happened. The energy felt so strong, and you feel like you’re being watched for sure. At one point I felt something trying to lift my necklace and I was hell no it’s my grandmothers 😂 we saw things suddenly move, items fall, spirits telling us to leave, spirits playing with a ball with us. I wish I was making this up I’ve never experienced such in your face paranormal stuff before. Also thank You to Trinity for such an amazing experience! She was so knowledgeable.

Haley CatherineMy mom and I had taken a tour here almost ten years ago and had a blast! We were in the area again recently and decided to do another ghost tour here because of how much we loved it last time. Definitely recommend if you want to experience a thrilling (but also fun) time! The tour guide Triniti is absolutely lovely, entertaining, and friendly!
