My friend organized our girls' weekend. We have stayed in quite a few places on Tybee and the unit that we stayed in here, is by far, our favorite. Very clean, plenty of essentials, and we didn't have to do a bunch of work on check-out. Very relaxing. We will probably stay here on our next visit.

Convenient location being just a short walk from the beach, the room itself was nice enough but not as nice as some hotels we've stayed at. Overall a good experience and we would consider staying here again in the future if we visit again.

We stayed for 5 nights at this condo, unit 11. It was for the most part nice and we specifically chose it for the location and because it had 3 bedrooms. There were a few things that could have made it nicer. This condo is on the 4th floor which is wonderful for the views (you can see the ocean and pier at a side angle from two of the bedrooms) but the elevator was not working well. The elevator is VERY loud and right next to this condo and after a few trips in it we got stuck and that was scary. We were afraid to use it after that and 4 flights of steps is a lot of work multiple times a day. Also if used by anyone else staying at the condos, it is very disruptive if you’re sleeping. Also, bedroom number 3 had NO storage space. The only closet was locked with a padlock and I had nowhere to put my clothes. Also there are no curtains in any bedroom and it was bright all night from outdoor lights. The main bathroom had no trash can and no soap dish. Minor issues but after several days it became inconvenient. The dryer doesn’t work well and the timer is broken on it. The patio furniture is pretty worn and old. We sat out often and the furniture was in major need of replacement. We didn’t need a sleeper sofa but a sign on it said it was broken. Would I stay there again? Possibly. It was spacious and parking was great. We were even able to check in early. But the elevator would definitely be a deal breaker in the future if it’s not fixed.

The place was great for our party of 5. Most of us could easily walk everywhere we needed to. Complaint is not about the building or company, but the people you have chain smoking below make it impossible to enjoy a night on the patio. But again, not our owners fault, just a frustrating fact for our trip. The pool across the street was clean, warm, and very inviting after a long day on the beach. I would say the carpet in the bedrooms should be changed, looks beyond gross to walk on but everything else in the room was spic-n-span. I would choose this company again, but maybe a closer unit. We had to change, because someone in our party required an elevator and the one broke in our original booking. No oceans sounds back here but close to food and shopping.
