We have stayed multiple times at the 17th Street Inn, and o can’t say enough good things about it. The rooms are extremely clean and furnished with all you need to enjoy your stay on Tybee. The Inn is in a historic house and has a beautiful shared outdoor area along with rooms having your own private area. The Inn is a short walk to the beach and so close to everything. The property manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and she was so sweet! There are so many reasons that we keep staying here!

Host was responsive. Room was clean but a needs a refresh. Kitchen only had one butter knife and one steak knife. There were no pans that were oven safe to heat leftovers. Bathroom was tight. Beach chairs were very small and flat to the ground.

My husband and I usually stay at the North side of the island but this time we stayed on the South end and had the best time! We stayed the 17th Street Inn on Tybee and it was adorable! It is conveniently located. We basically either walked or ride our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. The little kitchen was perfect for our needs. The room was cozy and comfortable. If I had any questions or needed anything I got a quick response! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise!

Great place to stay! Convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were neatly furnished, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions and checked in to see if we needed anything. Provision of a parking pass was definitely a plus! Hope to visit again.

The 17th Street Inn was a perfect stay for my son and !!! Matched the description perfectly!! Very clean and accommodated with everything you would need!! Walking distance to everything!! The parking pass was a plus also if you did want to venture about the island!!!! Jenny our host was amazing very prompt to respond with any questions I had to make reservation!! Will definitely be back!!

I have been coming to Tybee for 20+ years and have never stayed here. I chose this place because it allowed dogs. Definitely will be staying here again. We did not take any pictures of the place but it looks exactly like it does online. It was super cute and aesthetically pleasing for pictures. The place was clean and quiet. They have two outdoor showers plus grills and a fire pit. They did have a few kitchen utensils like pots , plates, etc if you plan on using the Kitchenette. The walk to the beach was not far. You are literally right at the 17th st pier to the beach! Communication was fair. The first day was a little nerve wrecking because I could not find the email with codes to get in the place. Lucky the ladies answered and gave us the codes to get in right away. Please check your spam emails for the access codes cause that’s where mine went. They did email us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to provide suggestions to places to go. They also provide a turtle light to be used at the beach. It is the only light that can be used at night. You will get in trouble if you use your phone flash light. Ours did not work and it took them a minute to give us a new one which was disappointing cause we had already waited and it was our last nights there. We did not get to use it. Other than that it was a perfect stay and we will return.

We had a wonderful stay!! Room was very clean and the location was great. The inn itself is super cute too. They were easy to get a hold of for questions and checked in to make sure we found everything okay and if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning for future Tybee trips!

room was nice enough, a few detail requirements have to be dealt with. After the room charge, a $100 housekeeping fee is added, and then your have to take out your trash when you leave, a small but irritating requirement.
