The ranked/competitive league of the modern cafe. Hip, millennial coffee hangout space. Handlebar moustache, goodwill clothes, courduroy hat, and messenger bag ahh consumers. The ethiopian coffee kinda tasted like an IPA. Pretty cheap drip coffee. Would recommend

I wouldn't be leaving a review if we had walked all of the way from the river to Perc and there was something lacking. But from the friendly service walking through the door to the awesome latte and pastry it was well worth the trip! We will be back next time!

Best coffee spot EVER, I’ve come all the way from Massachusetts and this spot has *not* disappointed! I’m not a huuuuge coffee drinker (although I did try and it’s definitely deLISH) but it’s a nice place to come in and refresh either way; and for other options, the matcha PERC offers is EXCELLENT. I experienced excellent service, a nice patio outside, and an awesome ambience to get read a good book or catch up on emails. Thank you PERC!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!
