I had Lauren as my consultant and she was amazing. She texted me before the appointment and I told her my budget and the dress I thought I wanted. She was super helpful and kind and attentive and did an amazing job helping me. I left within an hour and had my dream dress and veil ordered within my budget and timeline and she even canceled the other wedding dress appointments I was supposed to have after that one so that was one less thing I had to worry about. The store is so calming and all the staff are so friendly that it makes the wedding planning stress go away while you’re with them. It truly was the best experience and I highly recommend them! Cannot say enough good things about my day here! The store was beautiful and my group felt welcome as soon as we arrived! There was a huge selection of gowns to choose from, and the store has a process from start to finish so you don’t get overwhelmed with options. Holly made the whole experience easy and fun for me and my group. She seemed to know exactly what my vision was and pulled the perfect gowns to try during each “round” of the process. I found my dream dress at the first place I shopped, thanks to her! Customer service is also top notch- I’m from out of state and they set me up with shipping and recommended seamstresses for alterations, in my home state. They’ll also call to cancel scheduled appointments at other stores on your behalf, and credit the cancellation fee to your purchase with them! 10,000/10 experience, highly recommend to any bride! Thank you Holly and the rest of the amazing staff for an amazing experience.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Ivory & Beau in Savannah! From the moment we walked in, the salon felt so warm and welcoming, and the decor set the perfect tone as we watched my daughter try on each dress. Our stylist was Lauren, and we cannot say enough good things about her. Her sweet demeanor and genuine attentiveness made the appointment truly special. Makenzie wasn’t exactly sure of her bridal style going in, but Lauren was incredibly patient. She listened to everything Makenzie liked and disliked, and gave her the time and space she needed to find her style and think through such a big decision without ever feeling pressured or rushed. If you are looking for a gorgeous bridal shop with an incredible selection of dresses and a team who truly cares about their brides, I highly recommend Ivory & Beau. I had the pleasure of having Holly as my stylist. She truly was the best and made sure I found my perfect dress. She sat down and asked what my vision was and my budget. Then she let me and my family do a little shopping. Every time I tried on a dress she would ask me what I loved about it and what I wanted to change. She would then pick the next dress that had those changes but still had the things I loved. She was extremely knowledgeable in the different styles. She would also go and pick option that she thought would fit what I was looking for. She made the experience so much easier and fun. I was able to find my perfect wedding dress, and Holly was the reason for that. If you could request a stylist I highly recommend her. I can’t say enough good things about Holly.
