Chris Matthews was my seller's agent and he was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Jesse Edwards attended the closing with me and she made me feel supported. I ended up getting more money for my house than I had expected. Team Callahan made this gargantuan process manageable for me, and I felt like I could reach out to anyone on the team and they would be happy to help me. If I had another house to sell in the Savannah area, I would definitely use Team Callahan again.

Working with Team Callahan and Gia in particular was a fantastic experience! Gia is an absolutely amazing person who is exceptionally good at her job! She helped my wife and I purchase a 2nd home in downtown Savannah this fall. She is an excellent communicator and a great listener. She is so good at understanding and reading people, and makes sure that you understand each other 100%. You simply can't have a misunderstanding, as she is so very good at communicating as well as understanding what you are saying. She knew exactly what we were looking for, what we would or wouldn't like and was completely on point. She was very respectful of our time and budget. She was very upfront and honest in everything, never trying to talk us into or out of anything if it wasn't the right fit. I appreciated very much her honest feedback and her helpfulness when looking at areas of town that we weren't familiar with. Team Callahan has been phenomenal to take the journey with on my first home buying experience. I worked primarily with Russ, Berry, and Jesse and they were there every step of the way providing searches, refining loves, likes, and don't likes. They were incredibly responsive on answering questions, putting together showings, and coordinating zoom walk throughs while I had to travel for work. From start to finish they provided 5 star service. Even after closing they have been helpful in getting familiar with area and next steps with the new home. Thank you Team Callahan!

Team Callahan is great! Our realtor, Shannee, was absolutely fantastic. She patiently showed us many houses, shared a lot of very useful information along the way, and got us into our #1 choice out of all the houses we saw! Also, Jesse, the closing coordinator, was super friendly and helpful! We felt well-cared for and informed throughout the whole process, which was really wonderful because buying your first house (from the other coast, no less!) can be quite an emotional roller coaster. Team Callahan took very good care of us from start to finish!
