I had an exceptional stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was immaculate—every common area was spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. My room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The amenities were outstanding, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. I also want to recognize Lawanda at the front desk for providing truly outstanding customer service. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process seamless, answered all of my questions with patience, and ensured I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Her positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction made my experience even more memorable. Lawanda is a tremendous asset to Fairfield Inn & Suites, and her exceptional hospitality reflects the level of excellence this hotel provides. Between the pristine accommodations, excellent amenities, and first-class customer service, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful stay at this Fairfield just this week. It was my first time at a Fairfield, although I’ve gone to other Marriott establishments before. The staff, especially, Ms. Pamela, was absolutely amazing! So friendly, and made sure you felt comfortable and at home. I’d see Ms. Pamela every morning during the breakfast time, and she was always so friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was always fresh and ready on time. She made sure everything was in order and so clean, that you felt good about eating there. I’ll definitely return again, whenever I get to go back to Savannah.

This hotel is awesome. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff (especially Lawanda) is phenomenal. The AC blows nice and cold and the water is always hot with great water pressure. Breakfast has a ton of options and all of them are delicious. If I HAD to complain? I'd like the pool to be bigger. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Want to start by saying the the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone we spoke with or had a question for went above and beyond to help us out. I want to give special recognition to Shiy at the front desk and Jaime from housekeeping for being exceptional during our stay. The room was clean and quiet albeit it a tad on the small side and the AC was pretty loud. Other than that there are no complaints, the parking garage being attached so you can park and walk straight to your floor is also very convenient. Overall nice hotel and would not hesitate to stay again

Our Check-In was so Easy & Pleasant with Akeema & Lawanda. Both Greeted us with Big Bright Southern Hospitality Smiles and a wealth of Information. The True Marriott Standard I've grown to Love as a Lifetime Member ❤️ The Morning Breakfast was extremely nice. Ms. Pamela was a Joy! Very Helpful and a Breath of Fresh Air.
