We love Chuck e cheese. This location is decent they recently put in a big jungle gym but they will only allow you to access the jungle gym if you purchase individual socks. We were celebrating my son's birthday and paid for a party unfortunately the socks were not included for the guests only for the birthday boy. The pizza is delicious. The kids had an amazing time. We did spend more than we attended to as we had to buy separate pizzas for the adults as well as drinks. I'm not sure when they select a party why they even ask for how many adults will be involved. Lastly I almost had an altercation with one of the employees. As my 5-year-old was in the ticket blaster and wasn't quite sure how it worked so at the end he was getting ready to try to pick up tickets and the girl yelled at him. She should have conducted herself better specially with the child. We weren't really there for the tickets or cared about the tickets it is about the experience and having fun for the day. Overall we had a great time but that is definitely the last Chuck e cheese birthday party I'll be doing.

The Savannah team did amazing! We had a birthday party Saturday for my baby boy and everyone was very helpful. We ordered over 5+ pizzas and they were so good, came out fast, easy to order. We saved a lot of money buying the gold membership pass. It cut our party cost in half! We loved it and my child had so much fun.

Just went to a birthday party here today and there was only ONE person scheduled to run the entire place and she handled it like a BOSS. I used to own a restaurant, and my husband and I are very familiar with food service. She managed kids, food, birthday events, ticket counter, and even came out to dance with the kids. She didn’t miss a single part of the birthday festivities. She made sure everything was on time and fun for the kids. And she was super calm and in control, not frazzled or overwhelmed like pretty much anyone else would be in that situation. Grace, we really appreciate how fun you made today- the kids had a blast!

So the party that I went to was amazing. The young lady that was responsible for serving us did a great job however, the restrooms were horrible. There was urine on the seats, toilet paper &, urine on the floor.. All the ladies were reduced to using the handicap stall as it was the best option out of 3. I feel like there should’ve been more attention given to the restrooms -especially on an especially on a Saturday when there were multiple birthdays going on.

Took my kids for my daughters 10th birthday! There was 1 other family there. They had a blast! They were absolutely sweet about us coming late and didn't rush us out. We will definitely be back just for a fun time!!
