I can’t say enough great stuff about this place. (5stars) from booking our room to checking out. The other reviews are far from Accurate. The customer service is great, the rooms are clean and very nice the pool is freaking fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. We have no safety concerns. We will definitely be back!

My stay at the Quality Inn Midtown was extremely disappointing. We specifically requested a smoke‑free room, but what’s the point of that when the rooms next door—and even some staff—smoke inside or right outside the doors? All the cigarette smell comes straight into the room. On top of that, you can tell the previous guests smoked inside, because the odor was already trapped in the room when we arrived. The sink was clogged with who knows what, and the towels looked like they were white a long time ago. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. My room is amazing! It's interior, facing the swimming pool. Check in was easy. The bathroom is clean. The location is near to everything I want to do on my visit and the price is right. Breakfast was hot and there were choices more than cold cereal.

The breakfast was great. The pool was nice. The exercise room had one equipment that was broken, but the elliptical worked good. I slept well. Tv worked well. Temperature of room was good and easy to control. Staff was friendly and helpful.
