Where: @unforgettablebakery Today we opened Google maps, zoomed in on the map and it took us to Unforgettable Bakery and Cafe. You never know what you're going to get and you've gotta try it! We were happy to see Belinda Baptiste, a self taught baker with Haitian-Amerucan roots who turned her passion for cooking healthy food into a way to show love to the community. Baptiste, a James Beard semi-finalist of 2023 has been cooking up some amazing dishes such as the chicken gumbo and seafood gumbo which we had today. Everyone knows a great gumbo starts with an amazing rue and hers was just right. Seasoned to perfection and catered to with love. We surely enjoy heat and the spices were on point. Although her cafe is in the middle of a reorganizing state Baptiste was warm and welcoming as we entered the establishment. The focus at the moment is catering special events. So if you're looking for someone to cater your event. Unforgettable Bakery and Cafe is a great choice. My daughter and I bought some containers of the seafood gumbo where they were set up at the farmers market and heated it up for dinner over rice. It is DELICIOUS!!!! Sooooo good! Such nice folks too! Oh yeah, I also had some of the watermelon ginger juice and could drink it everyday!

For my birthday we planned on visiting Savannah Ga. In Daytona Beach, where we live there is no bakery that serves people with food allergies so I was on the search for a bakery that could do just that. I found unforgettable bakery and they are just that. I ordered online as gluten free and vegan were both offered as a selection. They called to clarify details and even allowed us to pick up the cake as we were leaving town on their day off. I appreciate this family owned business so much and will definitely be back again. I meant to take a pic of the cake before but it looked so good that I cut right into it. The cake was so moist and delicious!! You can’t tell the difference between this and a regular cake. The service was as amazing as this cake! Thank you unforgettable!!

She made a hugely delicious 3layer gluten/ vegan strawberries n cream cake for my girls Bday in a day and a half ! Great service and no one knew the cake was gluten free. Big ole fresh Strawberries sealed the deal. Will come back for the next bday. Thank you!
