Wow. what a romantic, quiet gem. We found 208 while celebrating my birthday, and waiting for our son to join us from NYC. His flight into Savannah was delayed for several hours, and we passed the time at 208 listening to a wonderful duo of guitarists/vocalists,, drinking great wine served by our attentive sommelier Shannen, and soaking in the river views. Highly recommend.

Christina helped make my wife's birthday something special! We have always loved 208 Wine Bar so having a private event isn't a real stretch. Little did I know the extraordinary effort and passion that Christina and Keegan would put into making my wife and our friends and family feel so special! The 208 Wine Bar was the perfect place for a tasting of wines from Spain in a curated flight from the Sommelier, who was so fun and approachable. I'd go here often if I was local. Highly recommend this place.

As a budding sommelier with my first certificate, I was thrilled that Dana from my husband's AMA conference set up this speed tasting experience with the wine manager. I looked at the wine list online and was amazed. We tried a flight of four wines including one from India. If you're interested in learning about wine, trying interesting wines, and are open to learning, this is the place! Google maps took me downstairs on the opposite side next to 209 gallery. This is around the back up some steep stairs and in the door. Check their website for local events like art shows.

Fab wine bar with knowledgeable team, a wide selection, and river views. They even have affordable wine flights and adorable tapas snacks served atop wine glasses. A new must go when in town.
