Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it didn’t quite feel like a 5-star property. The room was fairly noisy, and we were woken up several times during the night by the sound of water constantly running somewhere. In addition, no slippers or bathrobes were provided, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the best water pressure in the shower of all the places we’ve stayed at. I sweat a lot so the great water pressure to wash all the grimes away after exploring the city is much appreciated.

We had a fantastic time here. The service was amazing from the valet to the check-in process. The only thing I would say is when we asked if there was ice in the floors, a staff member said no but then she offered to bring it to our room— which we never got. Other than that, the service was really good. The rooms were really nice! And the location was perfect!

We recently stayed at Perry Lane for the second time, and it reminded us why we chose to come back for our babymoon. Our first stay through Chase The Edit left such a lasting impression that we talked about it for months afterward. The thoughtful touches, including the warm welcome, beautiful room upgrade, complimentary happy hour drinks, and macarons, made us feel genuinely cared for. It was not just the amenities that stood out. It was the exceptional hospitality, and it was the reason we decided to return. This visit began with an unexpected disappointment when we discovered that our reservation had accidentally been booked under a standard Chase Travel rate rather than The Edit, so none of those benefits were attached to our stay. Although the issue originated with our booking, the Perry Lane team immediately focused on making sure it did not detract from our experience. SY in Guest Services was especially kind and compassionate. They took the time to listen, assured us they would work with the team, and then surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and bottled water delivered to our room. They also arranged complimentary breakfast vouchers and even brought our toddler a toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Those acts of kindness meant so much to our family and reflected exactly the hospitality we remembered from our first visit. The hotel itself continues to impress us. The rooms are spotless, housekeeping is incredibly prompt and attentive, the property is beautifully designed, and the location is perfect for exploring Savannah’s Historic District. The rooftop pool is also one of our favorite places to relax after a day of walking around the city. What keeps bringing us back is not simply the luxury. It is the people. Every interaction we have had with the staff has been warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We are especially grateful to SY and the entire Perry Lane team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into another memorable stay. Perry Lane has earned our loyalty, and we look forward to returning again.
