Fantastic experience with this Tybee Island bike rental company. They have excellent communication by both phone and text and they deliver and pick up. Bikes and helmets are good quality and have baskets and cup holders as well as locks. This is our second time renting from them. On this recent trip we had a little bit of problem with brakes not working as well as we wanted on a bike and as soon as we told them they brought a new bike over to our beach house and switched out bikes. Very impressed with their attention to detail! We will continue to use them as our go to source for bikes when we need to rent bikes on Tybee Island. Highly recommend!

Amazing white glove service. Dave was incredible to work with. His bikes were delivered early, he was very flexible on switching out bikes for smaller youth. He was overly accommodating and friendly. His bikes worked great with no issues. I couldn’t have been happier and we had a group of 20. I highly recommend him. We just reserved them as well on July 9th.

This place was fantastic! We are new to renting bikes. Myself and my teen boys thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island. Tybee Island Bike Rentals were a joy to work with. They will deliver and pick up~but most of all they are the type of family business you want to work with. Super kind and patient making sure the seats were the right height etc. I highly recommend trying them out. We’ve been vacationing in Tybee for years and this is the first time renting bikes… will continue to do so in the future.

Such a great experience with these folks! I’m on the shorter side so I requested the smaller women’s bike but Dave made sure I got to try both sizes so I could have the absolute best experience. We rented bikes for three days and loved that they were delivered and picked up so we could just enjoy our trip and enjoy the bikes!

The rental staff were friendly and explained how to use the E-bikes . This was our first experience with E-bikes. They also told me a little about the area where we were staying. Bikes were delivered at the time promised. We had two full days since they pick them back up early in the morning after your last rental day. As you can see in the pictures each bike has a lock, large basket, a cup holder, and the cup holder has a cell phone holder. We will definitely used the Tybee Island Bike Rentals again.
