This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in the historic Savannah district. The hospitality and customer service, especially Jamie at the front desk, is exceptional. She made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back. You can walk everywhere and the lobby, bar and restaurant were really comfortable and have everything you need.

Was here traveling for business - room was nice but pretty standard….Great location, decent rooms- a little loud. Lobby was very nice and the location was perfect for walking around Savannah close to the river … room had a view of the bridge. Check in and out was great, appreciate Elyse in the front desk and her service and remembering me (two first names bless) and the valet Jamie were top notch and made my experience worth reviewing. Appreciate the service. Would recommend this hotel.

The location was great for a weekend trip. The staff was excellent and friendly. The bartender Angela was awesome and very kind. And Danny helped us when we were checking in and had us laughing, which was a good start to our stay. Overall great stay.

Landy provided exceptional service in valet upon our arrival. Throughout our stay we encounter several valet employees; James , Lave, Mike, Jamie, KD all delivered service with smiles. The best part of the visit and only convenience the hotel had was valet parking and the warm chocolate cookies Cali had available. The pool should be renovated, it was not appealing to the eye. The fire alarm went off and it was not a good experience at 4am.

Landy was the first person we met when we arrived at the hotel, and he immediately made us feel welcome. As the valet driver, he greeted us with a smile, was professional, and handled our vehicle with care. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service set a great first impression for our stay.
