The customer service at the Quality and was super. I was greeted by the General Manager Ms.Gibbons. She was full of city information and jokes! My daughter was playing in the breakfast area and hit her head, I tried to soothe her, but nothing I said helped! |Selina came over and ask could she help, boy did she have the magic touch. She fixed boo boo with a napkin and some water in 5 seconds. We were amazed at her craft. Selina's a gift to the establishment!

In the middle of everything. For the best price in town. Rooms may be vintage (but so is Savannah!) but they are CLEAN!! Just park your car and walk anywhere. And yes Tolicia at check in is the angel of Savannah, a delightful person to experience, she is patient, kind and helpful to all.

She created an atmosphere where I felt valued, not just like another reservation. I stopped in Savannah for the day and ended up having vehicle trouble. My car battery was dead in the parking lot of the hotel. Walked in without a reservation and the desk manager, Mrs Gibbons and staff went out of their way to help me get a room. They help me find a new battery and found me a room for the night. As a retired soldier, this goes above and beyond their normal the call of duty.

I had the best time of my life at the Quality Inn last week. The general manager Selina and the crew were outstanding with Service. They directed me to where to go for good meals and nightlife. Breakfast was fair, etc. We will be coming again soon to stay with you and continue to explore and enjoy our time in Savannah. Thanks again for the staff and crew of the Quality Inn Selina.

This hotel was in a nice area but do be aware please check your sheets because mines wasn’t even cleaned had hair and makeup on pillow upon entering the room all dresser drawers was opens so that let me know that this room was not inspected and it wasn’t vacuum
