Nyla SimsFirst of all, I love, love… LOVE a customer driven manager who isn’t confrontational and just solves the problem. I didn’t feel like my bowl was fresh so I drove back through the drive through and the manager Jamar listened to my concerns and offered to remake my food fresh. When he came out all of the sauces I requested were in the bag, my chopsticks, a fresh bowl and a complementary entree for the inconvenience. Jamar gave me one of the best manager interactions I’ve had in Savannah and I just want to say thank you for being so great!!!!
