We only stayed one night, but will absolutely return. The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, which is rare. They provide smores kits for the kids in the evenings and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed that before jumping in the pool. The location is walking distance of most must-see areas. They even offer complimentary snacks and drinks in your room, which is a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning!

The Andaz hotel was the perfect stay for us on our babymoon/birthday trip (the staff even left a nice card and local treats for us on arrival)! Great atmosphere, clean, and very professional staff (shoutout to Bri for checking us in!). We got a delux loft, which was very roomy, and the room was restocked daily with the free snacks & beverages that we were taking advantage of. Also worth noting the bed was very comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you want to enjoy River St and it was so walkable to everything without it being too loud. We also used the discounted booking option to get a day pass on the on/off trolley and it was great to only be 2 blocks away from one of the first stops of the tour. We also took advantage of a few other of the included coupons, which ended up saving us around $50 total. We only had one afternoon to use the pool facilities, and unfortunately it rained soon after arriving but the terrace was perfect and well kept. While you do pay a “resort fee”, I was very happy with all that it included. As a special note, we took advantage of the on site valet, which was so convenient. We’d use the link to request our vehicle and it was always ready for us. Irvin and Brandon seemed to be around the most the weekend and were always so polite and quick to serve. We are so appreciative of all the work they did to make getting in and out so easy!

Great hotel! We booked on points and enjoyed many nice perks as my husband is an globalist. Awesome location, easy to walk or bike (using the hotel bikes!) everywhere. We loved our room and the views of the square. Everyone was super nice, Ervin was especially great, sprinting to get our car when we were leaving. Thank you, would love to stay again!

Josiah the Great makes breakfast great. He serves with a smile and keeps your coffee full and makes breakfast fun everyday. We really enjoyed staying at the Andaz and Josiah was one of the highlights of our visit. The night time s'mores by the fire pit are also awesome! People at hotel are wonderful, very customer oriented and helpful. Our room had cracked sheetrock where the curtain rod is falling down. Elevators need to be refurbished. Food in restaurant is awesome. Decor in restaurant is as plain as it can get. Restaurant, elevators and public spaces in general need complete redesign and are not up to Andaz standards. Great location! Free bikes are fun. Concierge is so helpful! It was a quiet place to stay and a good location for sightseeing.

Andaz hotel has been fantastic. The location is great. Close to everything. The valet was wonderful and our car was ready whenever we needed it. The moment we stepped inside we were greeted so warmly by T, the front desk clerk. T is a marvelous person, she had all the information we needed. She is so passionate about her job. She would greet us and ask how we were every time she saw us. The concierge was also very pleasant and assisted with tickets to the trolley. The hotel is spotless. We were upgraded to a great room with a sitting area. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows. The bathroom is amazing and spacious. We did not have any issues with noise as we asked for a room away from the Square. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The service is great. Our thanks to Andaz entire staff for a wonderful stay.
