Fell in love with this hotel after our first stay, decided to come back 2 years later. The level of hospitality seems to have downgraded. The room was beautiful with a river view, but the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t what you’d expect from Hilton. Cracked tile floors and wall stains. Upon check-in, the valet asked us to Venmo $60 for parking. Then at checkout, we were charged $90 for valet parking. There was no manager on duty and we were told the manager would call us to discuss. We never heard anything. The hotel seemed short staffed with only one valet and one front desk person at a time. Lines and wait times became long. Despite all of this, we still love the hotel and actually considered hosting our wedding reception here, but after 4 phone calls and numerous emails, we were unable to get in touch with any managers or sales team. Sadly, we’ll be going elsewhere. Overall, this hotel WAS great and still could be. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location.

I want to be honest and kind. So I'll be both. The mattress had a plastic sheet that caused me to sweat in our nice, chilly room. The room didnt have a mini fridge and the tv was oddly not centered across from anything. Bed or other seating. I could hear the neighbors walking and performing suitcase olympics. The service Olympics. The view was really great. The location is great as well.

Nice hotel well positioned for fun in the Savannah historic district. Elevator access to the Riverfront and to Bay Street. GPS had difficulty describing the right way to reach the front door. There is no information about saving money by self parking in the Whitaker public garage. And their online checkin system informs you that your room is ready when it apparently is not and you have to wait hours before returning to check in later. We were informed that "the system just does that" even though it is incorrect in notifying you that the room is ready. Absolutely beautiful river view from our room. Really enjoyed our visit.
