Katelyn CIt's been well over a decade almost two since I've shopped at Hot Topic. In high school you could always find my friends and I shopping there. They are the best variety of studded belts and key chains. I was told recently from a coworker that she got her Invader Sim stuff from there. Knowing me and how that was a FAVORITE show as a child I had to come and check out the scene. Let's just say I WASN'T disappointed. I found some cute Gilmore Girl purses which I was originally going to buy until........ I turned around and saw ALL of their STUDIO GHIBLI merch. I was hooked! Of course, I HAD to buy this Soot Sprites bag/purse. I also managed to snag two bags of FINAL BOSS SOUR CANDY! If you haven't tried it then you are severely missing out! Alright, alright enough about the store, right? BRAYDEN was great! Very professional, friendly, and patient. I asked them a few questions about their merch in general and when they have new stuff that comes in. They explained how the process works when it comes to getting new stuff in. For them to be so patient with the random and annoying questions I asked they held a smile and professional tone the entire time. I didn't feel uncomfortable for asking anything since it has been so long since I shopped with Hot Topic. Thank you for the team you have in place. So, I will definitely be going back!

Rorri KineaWas in the store very recently and bought lots, was just gonna buy a tee but then a guy with a beanie and tattoos (employee) showed me around a bit more, he pointed out all the sales and answered every question I asked with a smile he had great attitude and really made day. Will definitely be coming back for more stuff.

kristin edenfieldWe were at this Hot Topic location in February and asked to fill out a survey that would be emailed to me, but I never received a link for a survey. I still wanted to share my experience, so here I am! We came into the Oglethorpe Mall location on a busy weekend with 6 kids in tow who were all excited to spend birthday and Christmas money on their favorite fandoms. It was pure chaos. They kids were excited, loud, asking a million questions, and taking forever to make their decisions. Not once did a single employee act bothered by this or complain. They greeted us in a friendly manner, offered assistance multiple times, and were patient and friendly while ringing up each of the kids. The employee who rang up my daughter and me was named Richie. Richie was SO friendly and kind! No judgement shown toward my adhd kid who literally never stopped talking or toward me while I was juggling gift cards trying to figure out which was me. It was a great experience and they definitely deserve some recognition for their great customer service!
