While the complex, on the surface, looks quite nice, there are several issues. Under the new management, base rates may have initially remained unchanged, the fees quickly add up to exceed the comparable properties. One new amenity is a sauna, deck, relation area near the pool. Unfortunately, this is the equivalent of a dog park. The design is underwhelming and not practical. For a large complex, there is one double hammock. Unbelievably undersigned. The deck is partially shaded for a few hours a day. The units are under maintened and are largely in need of upgrades. Electrical issues are not resolved timely, nor or plumbing. One residence has entered requests multiple times for a ceiling fan that would not turn off and sparked when the light turned on, yet almost 6mo later without repair. So you're on your own. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Grove at Ardsley Park is a wonderful community that is exceptionally well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The property is always clean, inviting, and reflects the pride that the management team takes in providing a great place to live. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. They are responsive, attentive, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure the community is safe, attractive, and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic, offering the charm of Ardsley Park while being convenient to shopping, dining, and everything Savannah has to offer. If you're looking for a well-managed apartment community with a welcoming atmosphere, I would highly recommend The Grove at Ardsley Park. It's easy to see why so many people enjoy calling this place home.

I recently called The Grove at Ardsley Park to get information about off-campus housing for my daughter, Arielle, who will be returning to Savannah State University this fall. Coma was very helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Since I’m calling from Atlanta, I had several questions, and she took the time to answer them and explain the process. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a good impression of the property. As a parent, it can be stressful helping your child find housing away from home, but Coma was patient and welcoming throughout the conversation. After speaking with her, I felt much more confident about scheduling a tour. I’m glad she was the person who answered my call. Thank you, Coma, for your help and great customer service!

I just moved to Savannah and I feel really safe in this condominium. Michael and the others employees are very friendly, everything we need, they are there to help. It’s very clean around here, organized and the location is fantastic, 15 minutes from touristic places in downtown, we have behind the building supermarket, Walgreens, some restaurants, pet store… I really recommend this place to live 🥰🥰🥰
