I am a regular customer as I live in AP. A couple of weeks ago I had plans to pick up 3 dinners. I went an hour early only to be told the grill person had left at 4. This was a Saturday. Reason given it was their turn. So, I had to call my friends and change orders. It was not only annoying but embarrassing. I had to apologize to them. Today, I had ordered fried chicken ….luckily, I checked and it was grilled. I have found that one should always check their order before leaving. Also , on that same day others , like me, thought they closed at 7 ….when you get out of your car and go inside there is a small sign saying that they close at six. However, On the Internet, it does not say that. There is often a discrepancy and what they post online versus the reality of when you get there. I have generally found that the staff upfront at the register area are polite and try to help you. I am not sure where the breakdown is… training, management, etc. I hope someone will try to improve this situation.

Ms. Joyce was an excellent waitress for our family event! She was very down-to-earth, efficient, and attentive throughout our entire visit. The level of care and attention she gave our group was truly top-tier and made our experience even more enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate her outstanding service and positive attitude. Thank you, Ms. Joyce, for taking such great care of us, your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed! The food was absolutely delicious as well. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, but my favorite was definitely the red rice! We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

We arrived 20 minutes after opening, expecting a good experience. Wrong! The greeter was nice, the server -Joyce, was nice but not very attentive. Asked for ranch and got tartar (the ticket said tartar which tells me she didn't pay attention), never offered refills on tea. The food was so-so which is not what we are accustomed to in this place. The fries were cold, grouper fingers (my favorite) were too floury, the flounder was too salty. We've never been unhappy here but today was not a good day. The parking lot needs re-striping, bathrooms need paper towels and more room, the tables were very sticky. I don't like to leave negative comments but today was just that bad...
