The hotel is nice, good location and the rooms are big. There is NOT a hot tub though even though pictures show one. They must have filled it in so that was disappointing. The pool is also pretty small. If another family came in to swim, it would have been very crowded. There were only seating for 4 people. The breakfast is small but still a decent selection. I would like to see more fresh fruit, there were only a few bananas the 1 day. No apples, oranges or anything on the second day. 1 thing to note, we received a call from the front desk asking to verify our card information because they had issues with it. We did and it was a scammer. We discovered later that someone has been calling the front desk asking to speak with someone in room ____. The front desk should be requiring the person on the phone to verify the last name of the person in the room before transferring but they obviously didn't, and we get a call and the person pretends to be the front desk. Since the call looks like its from the front desk, we didn't question it. Please educate your staff and make some new policies to protect your guests in the future.

Great Location, rooms are ok....However the front desk staff had 2 females that were way more interested in their cell phones than they were trying to check us in. We stayed there on Thursday 7/30. We will probably not stay there again.

This place had a spacious room, good service (at first), and not too noisy. Their ice cream in the mini bar made me sick and made my stomach feel nauseous. When I went down to ask for a refund, the lady acted disgusted, rude, and not willing to help. I told her about my situation and all she did was stare and said: “What?” Almost like she was trying to embarrass me. And then she said “How dare you ask for a refund” Also, the pool was slightly dirty and the coffee was bad. And, no hair dryer? This is the second time I’ve stayed and it’s not the same as before. Manager, the staff member was Cassie. The staff was very 50/50. When we checked in, we met nice people, when we checked out, we didn’t. Housekeeping was very nice. Definitely won’t be staying again. To the manager, check your email, and to Cassie, show some respect.
