Highly recommend. Rooms and premises were nice and maintained. Staff were nice and Courteous. Location was convenient to the airport and to nearby shopping centers. Hotel looks like it has a good management team. The hotel offers a shuttle back-and-forth to the airport, which was very convenient for us. Definitely a must stay.

Great hotel. Great location for traveling since we stayed for one night. Service was great, front desk was truly amazing, very respectful and very professional. Driver took us to the airport and were very professional. Rooms were excellent and super clean. I will stayed at this property next time I come in.

When I checked in I wasn’t told any information about what was included, nor was I offered a general layout of the hotel . Just given a keycard. Elevator was confusing because the button was only functioning on the broken elevator so when you push it, the one opens behind you . If you want to take the stairs good luck finding them. But if you do find them make sure there isn’t an event booked because the stairway is in the back of a banquet room. You will crash their party just by getting to the door. Rooms were clean, hotel smells great, is beautifully decorated. But there was a lack of hospitality .

We had a brief stay at the Aloft Savannah Airport prior to our flight out of SAV. The accommodations were nice and the staff was friendly. I loved the DryBar toiletries in the bathroom—great perk! When we were leaving for our early morning flight, there was some confusion regarding the shuttle and Sheena at the front desk went above & beyond to accommodate us, by calling us an Uber. Thank you to Sheena for the exceptional customer service. We will return again!
