This hotel is in the throes of upgrading and renovating, so there are some growing pains. I can tell you the things they have done in the rooms to upgrade.Have been super nice.I have stayed here prior to this upgrade. Staff is awesome.They've always been good, but they get better every time I come here. I do wish the airport shuttle started earlier. But otherwise no complaints!

I have to compliment the front desk staff (Tom). It was probably the nicest check in that I have experienced. I thought that unusual until Josh Checked us in on the way back. GREAT customer interaction and service. The hotel is is undergoing refit, so construction is evident. The re-designed rooms have this minimalist/euro/hostel vibe that I'm not quite comfortable with yet. Breakfast was great (0600 !!), easy on/off to 95 and walking distance to Sam Snead's.

They are currently renovating and we got a newly renovated room, very nice and modern and plenty big enough for our family of 6. The staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast had a big variety. Location is great, right off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again on our way from North Carolina to Florida.

Upon checking in was welcomed by name and Hyatt status. They are remodeling the hotel at this time but is still very clean. Located close to airport. Small fee of 75 dollars for dogs. Well worth it to travel with your fur family, she even received a free small squeaker toy. They have a pet walking area right out the back side along with baggies for their waste.
