Front desk was helpful but not very friendly. Same for the dining staff. Overall the hotel did the job of providing a little something for breakfast and some place to sleep. The rooms are average. The common spaces could use a good deep clean. The hotel itself feels a bit dark with all the browns but nothing to keep us from staying again.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Savannah Airport was disappointing overall. We booked a suite for six (four adults and two children), but when we arrived, the sofa bed had no sheets, blanket, or pillows. The sofa bed itself was also dirty, with crumbs, stains, and dust, making it clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We also only had towels for four guests instead of six. When we called the front desk, we were told they couldn’t send the needed items to our room, so we had to go downstairs to pick them up ourselves. I understand that hotels can be dated and not always perfect, but cleanliness should never be compromised, especially when traveling with children. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast area were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The omelet station was a highlight, and the cook was incredibly sweet and did a wonderful job. While the breakfast team made a great impression, I believe the housekeeping and front desk staff could benefit from additional training and coaching to provide the level of service guests expect from an Embassy Suites. With improvements in those areas, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
