Jan 15, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat find for cookie lovers! Cookies are small and crispy. Plenty of free samples and options. Love this place. Cookies are so good. This location was very clean with a great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend to stop by a Byrd’s when in Savannah!
Jun 7, 2025 · Google ReviewFantastic service!! We enjoyed learning the history of this company! The idea of taste testing before you buy is genius, although I could have stayed all day just snacking! I did a variety box of cookies and we got a couple of bags of just chocolate chip as well. Everything I tried was delicious! The prices are very reasonable as well!
Sep 5, 2025 · Google ReviewBeautifully set up flagship store. I usually don't buy coffee outside of the grocery store but the smell was just too tempting to pass up. I grabbed a bag of Scotch Oatmeal. It's so delicious it can be enjoyed black. I also bought the Praline Mustard Glaze. I enjoyed cookies my mom bought in the car instead of buying my own.🤣 The customer service was outstanding as well.
Feb 21, 2023 · Google ReviewThis is my first time visiting and trying their cookies. Some of their cookies are a bit too dry and crunchy for me. They have some unique flavor that I thought it was ok. My favorite is their shortbread, and I got some Georgia Peach which was pretty good, too. They have all of their cookies on displayed for sampling. I am glad that I got to try the ones I was interested in before committing to buying. There was a sale for 4 8-oz bags for $25. The ladies working there were friendly and helpful. I didn't know that they are also dog friendly. Dogs can shop in the store but not in the back where the cookies are made and packaged. They also sell cookie jars and tin cans that you can put the cookies in. They also have some unique gifts like wine, honey, etc...
