I visited Olive Garden to celebrate my youngest sister birthday. I have been dining there almost two decades. Unfortunately, the food does not meet my expectations as it did before Covid 19. I believe it may be due to staffing problems. The waitress seemed overwhelmed. She kept forgetting any requests we made. When I brought it to her attention, she stated the item(s) were in another area. I beg her pardon? There was not enough sauce on the meatballs and spaghetti. I did not taste any herb seasoning as well. Actually it was one of the managers. She was very unprofessional. Her voice tone was very abrupt. I am glad there were only eight of us....
