the wings were pretty good, and so were the ribs, tho the ribs had good flavor, there was almost no sauce, so id recommend ordering a side of sauce. the mashed potatoes were flavorless even with cheese and chives added, the Mac and cheese was okay, and the toast was very good. the fries, are not worth a try at all. the only reason I'm giving 5 stars instead of 4 is because of the employee who helped us. she was extremely kind to us and extremely helpful. I also like that the cups are reusable. for a "fast food" barbecue id say it's worth a try, the sides are really the main problem here.

Loved the customer service my family received from Ms. Erica at Dickey’s BBQ! She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to be greeted with such a positive attitude. The food was great, and her excellent customer service made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Erica helped me with my order today and was incredibly friendly , helpful and professional . She was able to help me decide on what I wanted which was the 2 meat plate ( brisket and chicken ) . 10/10 would recommend . Will definitely be telling my coworkers about the amazing experience I had here as well as tell them about the awesome and friendly service that Erica provided
