The absolute best service and experience getting together as a company today. We all came in between 7 & 8 PM tonight to celebrate a coworker taking a career pivot. ERIC made sure our lanes were lined up and accommodated everyone that came in. He fixed our lanes several times when they had minor issues. He really helped us make the most of strike night at Bowlero. As someone who also does it all at work - Eric deserves applause for taking drink orders, running food, greeting everyone at the door, and proactively cleaning up 35 lanes. Our visit tonight wouldn’t have been the same if he hadn’t been working. Thank you!

I had a really fun time at Bowlero! The game went by faster than I expected and I honestly wish I had played one more. The staff was fine—nothing extraordinary but helpful when we needed the bumpers up at our lane. Equipment is definitely older, but everything worked well, and it was nice to see they’ve maintained the place instead of letting it turn into a run-down alley like so many others from my childhood. The bumpers are manual (not automatic), which is a bit dated but not a big deal. I didn’t order food or drinks, but the people around me did and it smelled really good—prices didn’t look outrageous either. It was on the loud side, so we had to raise our voices to chat, but that kind of comes with the territory. I grew up bowling here as a kid, and it’s great to see the place still open, active, and doing well. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a fun night out!

I just recently moved to Savannah and went to this bowling alley. I have to say that one worker, Cheyenne goes above and beyond for her customers. Being greeted and checked upon made us feel valued. It made me feel like this company truly cares about their customers. Will definitely be coming back more often. The cheesy dippers were an amazing choice as well.
