Food was good, waitress was just not very consistent, got unsweet tea, had no Splenda on the table, said she would bring it never did, ask if we wanted more bread we said yes please with our food, got food, bread never came, at the end, very nicely I mentioned these things, she brought the sugars. Little late lol,

Had drinks & dinner at this particular Olive Garden on Sunday August 9th, 2026. I was in town visiting Savannah, Georgia from Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, to Monday August 10th, 2026, for the purpose of genealogy research and field work. This Olive Garden was right across the parking lot from the Holiday Inn Express Hotel that I was staying at.....So on my last night at the hotel, I decided to give this Olive Garden a try & was really impressed with the quality of service that I received at this eating establishment. I was pleasantly surprised. I came in for a to go order near closing time & the customer service that I received from the "To Go" staff was terrific, as was the customer service that I received from the bar tender while waiting on my "To Go" order. The three pineapple coconut margaritas that the bartender made were immaculate! Also, this Olive Garden location is the best-looking Olive Garden inside and out that I have ever been to & had the best food and drink as well as the best customer service of ANY Olive Garden that I have ever been to in life!!!!!! And I put that on my life!!!!! I definitely recommend this Olive Garden if you live in Savannah, Georgia or are just visiting.

Food was good but the service and attention fell short. We had empty drinks for a while and the empty sald dishes and glasses sat piling up on our table with long delays before the waitress returned. It was quiet very few people at the time and the service could have been better.

Picked up a to go order. Food was wonderful, server was nice and polite. The only thing was it took nearly 15 mins to get our orders to us after we checked in. The order was ready at like 150pm and it was like 220pm before we left..not cool on a 30 min lunch break. But the food was so good that small delay was very quickly forgotten. Just letting you know if there is a wait, it will be worth it!
