Tori RobinsonWe had a great stay here. We had a reservation at another hotel that fell through so we arrived very late. Julia got us settled the first night and was very friendly and helpful. We made this trip last minute and forgot some essentials. Aliscia was very patient and so pleasant to talk to while helping with all of our requests. Definitely recommend staying here for the customer service and being conveniently close to Savannah without the downtown prices.

ErikcI stayed at this hotel for the weekend to visit the beach which was only about 30 minutes away. Also a great distance from good restaurants and the mall, only 15 minutes. When I checked in the lady at the front desk greeted me and my family with a smile and very positive attitude, she was a perfect mix of professional and friendly and explained everything to us from the breakfast, pool times, gym, breakfast, wifi, etc. The entire hotel smelled good, The room was easy to find with the directions of the lady at the front desk, it was clean, smelled good and perfect lighting. The bathroom was also clean though the mirror was a bit sticky from the sides and there was no hand soap. Also the charging ports on one of the sides of the bed wasn’t working at all. Breakfast was good and very well kept, I would go down 30 minutes before it ended and there was still some of everything available. Pool and gym were nice. the whole atmosphere was nice and clean. what made it better was the fact that the Front desk would always greet us and ask us how our day is going.
