I went to the Citi trends on the address below with my grandsons. My grandson wanted to try on a pair of jeans so I told him to kindly ask lady at the register if you can try something on she informed him that the dressing rooms were closed he came back and he let me know. I went to the register and I asked Lady if the dressing rooms were closed and she said yes they're not clean they have to be sanitized I kindly told her that " isn't this something that should be done before the store opens" she didn't quite say anything but she did with her look that she was not pleased that I told her that. She said if I have any questions go talk to the manager he was on the sales floor. I asked the manager is there a reason why the dressing rooms are not available. He told me the same thing they have to be cleaned and sanitized and I also told him the same thing well you know for the customers I think that they should be sanitized prior to the store opening. He apologized kindly and just told me that they'll try and do better next time. If you asked me I think they just didn't want to have to clean the dressing rooms after the store closed and just told me that they have to be sanitized and cleaned but I'm speculating but that seems to be the real reason why. I say this because when my grandson went and asked her if he can try something on after he left I saw her walk up to the manager and whisper something to him so I'm thinking that she told him so they can both say the same thing. Sorry about the long review but I don't like poor customer service. I do have one positive thing to say and that is that the store was very nice and neat.
