Good boat prices. that's about where it ends , they don't believe in a check off list pertaining to is the buyer getting everything in working order and all items included. Gas gauge didn't work at all on brand new boat and was replaced with a gauge from tool box or somewhere outback but not from box new. they didn't take the time to make sure it was calibrated accurately as possible, I will have to calibrate myself or take to another shop as replacement gauge is far from semi accurate. When I first inspected boat prior to purchase there was wash down hose and nozzle in center console upon receiving boat it was no longer there and had to return for that item. I guess they figure you have nothing better to do than run up and down hi ways to there facility to get what should have never left the boat and what should be working.The boat is way over propped and not running close to max suggested rpms. Do businesses like this really think you're bringing back service work . Id drive 100 miles in opposite direction for additional work.I had to fix wiring on trailer as well because incorrectly wired and was not returning once again. Horrible I'll be repairing etc. on new boat and trailer a little longer before all things are corrected. I typically don't write reviews but this is so wrong.

We searched the entire south and southeast coast for competitive prices and no one could touch the offer we received from Coastal Boating. Additionally, they are a family owned business whom I witnessed to have very meticulous processes and solid work ethic. They are some of the most kindest and genuine good hearted people that I have met in a long time; even my children commented on how kind and authentic they were. Just when you think you cannot find kindness and a good deal these days while keeping your best interest in mind, all while making a big purchase... Well I am here to share, this kind of service Does Exist here at coastal boating. I do not write many reviews, but after we experienced several other interactions with less than optimal services over the last year or so, Coastal Boating deserves this kind of recognition. Hell of a first impression - Give them a good look if looking for a boat. All the best!

We purchased our Key West from CBC back in February. We took our boat back for the 20hr service and they had it back to me before the next weekend. Then we decided to put power poles on and they had them ordered, installed, and ready roll by the next weekend. Frank really pulled some strings to make it happen by my wife's birthday weekend. The history of my purchase must be mentioned first ! I stopped in multiple times over the last year kicking tires and asking questions about multiple boats, options, you name it, I asked it. I was never pressured to buy, the staff was more than helpful every time. Scott gladly stopped doing whatever he was doing to field my questions. The actual process of choosing the options I wanted was straight forward and square. I was changing my mind right up to the last day before production.....it was never a problem, with no attitude to boot !! The deposit and purchasing of the boat was easy, and everything was delivered on time, as ordered, detailed and ready to go with proper scheduling for pick-up. The people made the difference for me, and it has been proven after taking delivery of the Keywest with additional questions gladly answered. Take a good look at this company if you are in the market.
