2-4pm on a Saturday shouldn't be as dead as it was, but I'm not complaining. Got a lot of work done in a booth, very vibey to study and work in. Coffee is good. Will need to try out food next time.

This is my daily coffee shop! The manager is so kind, knows me by name. Many of the kind employees know my order by memory. Unfortunately, there are two employees that are very rude and act like my order is confusing and complicated. It would definitely be a five star from me if it weren’t for the occasional snobbiness I receive. The other ladies definitely make up for it in my eyes, but it sucks I have consistently tried to build a relationship with these other two and they continue to treat me as a burden.

To Anderson Cope- go to starbucks then. Cutters isn’t made for high volume, they have less employees on each shift, bake all their own bakery items, and have only 1 espresso machine (starbucks usually has 2, plus many other automated systems). So go to Starbucks! They won’t miss you at Cutters I guarantee it!

Avoid the drive through at all costs. It took an hour with three cars in front and everyone just ordered one or two drinks They need to hire staff from Starbucks or something because the workers here are unforgivably slow.
