I stopped by Charlottes Confections with my mom and we were immediately greeted with friendly faces and smiles, Charlotte was wonderful and very welcoming. We got a large assortment of various gluten free treats and her quiches and all of them were amazing, some of the best gluten free desserts either of us had ever had. Definitely will be returning in the future!

Celiac safe, gluten free! Charlottes bakery is a wonderful place to enjoy all sorts of home cooked treats and quiches. She does all the baking herself and is very aware of celiac and avoiding cross contamination. Her shop is located inside the Mercer Plaza toward the back on the right. Ended up ordering a second round of quiche and will be back tomorrow morning. Do yourself a favor and go hungry because there’s so many options to enjoy.

Chef Charlotte herself is a treat. I couldn't be happier that I found myself here to get a gift card for a friend. And since I was there, I had to try it myself! I got a cinnamon roll and a slice of quiche. So very yummy and fresh, the both of them. There's a small sit down area or take it to go! You can't go wrong!

When you’re on a mission for special birthday cupcakes that are allergen-friendly AND taste amazing… you call in the pros. 🎂✨ Master baker Charlotte at Charlotte Confections worked her magic — and I don’t even know how she pulled it off with all the substitutions we needed, but my momma heart is so happy she did. ❤️ Because these double digit birthday cupcakes? 🤯 Hands down the BEST chocolate cupcakes we’ve ever had in our lives.
