Brianna GrandeStaff is friendly, the location is nice and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed this hotel very much. Housekeeping didn’t bother us when we had the do not disturb sign, the hotel had good snacks downstairs to buy. I liked their ice machine downstairs because they have buckets and plastic cups for you to take. It’s a pet friendly hotel too. The only downside I can say is they don’t have a microwave in the room which isn’t a big deal because they have it downstairs to use. They have plates, disposable utensils and condiments so it makes up for it. They have a cute patio to sit but unfortunately no pool. I rate this hotel a high 9/10. If I return to Savannah, I will be staying here again.

A ParkerThe guy that checked us in never greeted us, never made eye contact, very robotic in nature. My friend had booked us 2 rooms, one under my name and one under her name, but we informed the guy that I would be paying for both. I got my room key and went to put my stuff up. To my surprise I keyed into an occupied room! Yes, you read that right. I was assigned a room that was already occupied 🤯 I went to inform the guy. He seemed confused but unbothered, he simply said, "Well that's weird" My friend was not at the desk so I asked what room she was in, to which he replied, " I'm sorry, I can't tell you that." Ok, so let me get this straight, I just paid for 2 rooms but you can't tell me the room number?! I found that very odd. I got my new room assignment, the room was clean and thankfully, unoccupied. The rest of the stay was uneventful. The breakfast was nothing special. The bed was ok, water pressure in the shower was subpar, but it was clean and quiet and the A/C worked great. Check out was quick and easy. It was a different guy. He greeted me and made eye contact.

Natasha McDanielWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were so comfy and the ac definitely worked in the room we had. Our rooms were nice and clean. We even had towel service after our first night. We didn't expect to because of the short stay but it was a nice surprise. The walls are THIN though. We could definitely hear our neighbors cursing at each other. The breakfast was just okay. We've stayed at Tru hotels before so we kind of knew what we'd get. However, the scrambled eggs were cold even though they were in a warmer. The fitness room was a decent size and the treadmill worked well. They even had a fridge with waters. I thought that was a nice touch. The parking lot is small and the overflow is weird. You have to park in the Marshall's parking lot if the lot is full. That is strange and feels unsafe to me. You'd think the back parking lot belonged to the hotel. The hotel is also a short drive to so many restaurants and about 20 mins from the booming downtown. We noticed after the fact that they have a shuttle to downtown and to the mall. Definitely take the shuttle to downtown. Overall our stay was wonderful. My only gripe was that I called the day before to request an early check in. The rep didn't even ask me what time before telling me it wasn't possible and the earliest they could do was 12 or 1pm. I asked if they were sold out and she said yes. I checked online and they still had rooms to book. I asked if a note could be added just in case something came open and she said no they couldn't do anything "that early" and repeated the time they may be able to do it. Again, I hadn't even said what time I was looking to check in. I sent a message through the online chat, requesting again that just a note be added, knowing that it may not be available and got the same reply from the same person. I don't think she was actually trying to accommodate the request. When we arrived we just went straight to a college tour (leaving our luggage in the car) and checked in some time after 1 or 2pm.

Dolores LowWe stayed here for 3 nights and we had an amazing experience. Keith at the front desk was so nice and helpful the entire time. Very clean hotel from lobby to restrooms to our room. Breakfast was included and very good and well staffed. Highly recommend would stay again.

Sammy NeighborsHad a great stay at Tru by Hilton Savannah Airport! Miles and Daniel were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome the entire time. Customer service like that really stands out and makes a huge difference when traveling. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere, but the hospitality from Miles and Daniel is what truly made the experience memorable. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Savannah area!
