Robert was incredibly helpful—he walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and easy. The store was well-organized, with a surprisingly solid selection of tools, DVDs, and unique finds. I picked up a keying kit and a few other things at a fair price, and Robert even threw in a couple of tips I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. I definitely recommend this shop—friendly, fast, and professional service. I’ll be back.

My 12 year old daughter purchased a guitar that ended up not working from here with her Christmas money. The gentleman that sold it to her was very friendly. We took it back and they were awesome and ended up giving her an even better guitar (that she had her eye on to begin with but couldn't afford) for the same price as the other one. It made her day!!! I was so worried that they may not take it back! They have a great selection and awesome customer service! We highly recommend shopping here!!!
