Glam KI stopped by Journeys on St. Patrick’s Day, and Kalina was my sales associate—she was absolutely amazing! She showed me all the new shoes and made sure I knew about every deal going on. She was so attentive and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I left more than satisfied! She has such a bright spirit and made the whole experience even better. 10/10

Melissa PikeI went in about two weeks ago, and no one waited on me at all and I was so disappointed. There is a pair of Converse that I really wanted that I had only seen there, so I decided to brave the visit again. It was like an entirely different store! Different vibe, different energy, different treatment. I was immediately welcomed in and asked if I was looking for anything in particular? Huge shout out to the new store manager Kalina and her co-manager, Hailey. They helped me figure out the best shoe for my feet, explained WHY they were the better shoe, and how to best care for them. I went in expecting to be ignored again, and this time, it was like a blanket of warmth and friendliness. They didn't have the shoe I wanted, but not to worry! It's being shipped to my home at no charge! I couldn't be happier! Underground, you have done well with the staffing changes, and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be back! If you're like me and had been and left disappointed and empty handed, go check them out now. You won't be disappointed!

Maxine RiveraIt's been a crazy work week so I wasn't able to leave this review sooner, but I want to shout out Lucinda at Underground in the Oglethorpe Mall for incredible customer service. I had an issue with a return and working in customer service myself I completely understand the difficult position Lucinda was in. However, she, and Katrina on the customer service call line went above and beyond to make sure that I got the shoes that I needed and handled the whole situation with empathy and professionalism that I have rarely experienced elsewhere in this city. I was truly and honestly blown away. There are a ton of places to get converse and vans, but my money will go to this store every time.
